Kris Bernal started the year right as she posted her first workout photo for 2020. The actress wrote, “One day or day one? You decide!”
Kris also shared her fitness goals for the year: “Stronger and bigger legs and [a] bigger ass!”
To anyone who promised to get more fit in 2020 but has a difficult time starting their fitness journey, Kris had this to say: “We all have different body goals! Whatever it is, when it comes to getting in shape, consistency is the key. You must stick to your workout routine even if you really don’t feel like it.”
Kris, who launched her own makeup brand SHE Cosmetics in February 2019, said that you have to give time to your fitness goals. She shared, “Don’t be disappointed for not getting the results you want super fast. I swear you’ll get there.”
Kris also talked about watching what you eat. For this, Kris said, “Remember, it’s 80 percent food, and 20 percent exercise!”
Kris’ last piece of fitness advice is that you don’t need to spend money to be able to meet your fitness goals. She shared, “You don’t need to spend on a trainer! There are so many workout videos on the internet. Look for what will fit [you].”
