Lapillus' Chanty is gearing up for her Philippine media return!
The Filipino-Argentinian member of Lapillus just signed a contract with Sparkle GMA Artist Center.
On November 11, the talent agency shared the good news on social media, saying, "Chanty Videla of K-pop girl group Lapillus is now part of the Sparkle family!"
Also in attendance were GMA Senior Vice President Atty. Annette Gozon-Valdes, Sparkle AVP for Talent Management Joy Marcelo, and the CEO of Lapillus' agency, MLD Entertainment, Lee Hyoungjun.
Before debuting as a K-pop idol, Chanty, born Chantal Videla, already had a career as an actress in the Philippines. She was part of Star Magic Circle batch 2018 alongside Donny Pangilinan and Charlie Dizon, to name a few. She then made appearances in local teleseryes like Spirits: Reawaken, Hiwaga Ng Kambat, and Starla.
In June 2022, Chanty made her idol debut in the six-member K-pop girl group Lapillus. The group recently visited the Philippines and had a two-day fan meet, local TV guestings, radio appearances, and many more.
