Good news, LizQuen fans—Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil are working on a new teleserye! Everything is top secret at the moment, but Enrique revealed in Ogie Diaz’s latest vlog that their characters are "spunkier" than their previous roles. Liza teased, “Mas sexy si Quen dito.”
As for movie projects, Enrique let slip that he’ll be part of a Metro Manila Film Festival entry. Liza’s eyes widened and she said, “It’s a cameo—you’re not allowed to say that.” LOL!
Off-cam, they’ve been busy with other pursuits. Liza is back in school and taking up psychology at the Southville International School and Colleges. She’s also launching a new branch of her spa business, Hope Hand and Foot Wellness. Meanwhile, Enrique is working on a top-secret family business. They’ve both been working out and prioritizing their health and fitness, too.
Liza LOL-ed when Ogie asked about their relationship and she joked that it was “awkward” to have the question come from him—probably because he’s very much in the loop as her talent manager! She cheekily answered, “Ayun, in love na in love pa rin kami sa isa’t isa.”

The last few months have been challenging for Liza as she dropped out of the Darna remake and got surgery for her finger injury in the U.S. Enrique was by her side through it all—even when she couldn’t recognize him after coming out of anesthesia!
