The big reveal came on October 2 when Maja did a surprise dance number in the variety show that dubbed her as the Dance Classic (DC) Queen. Maja will be hosting a new dance competition called "DC2021."

In an interview with hosts Ryan Agoncillo, Allan K, and Jose Manalo, Maja shared, "Sa mga hindi po nakakaalam, e laking Aparri talaga ako. Noong pinanganak ako, after ng ilang buwan, inuwi ako sa Aparri ng nanay ko tapos doon namulat ang aking mga mata sa Eat Bulaga."

The new Dabarkads host also shared that she first got into dancing because of the 1990s dance group, Streetboys, whose claim to fame was popularizing dance numbers of hits such as Hanson's "Mmmbop" and Ace of Base's "I Saw The Sign." Maja said, "Nahilig ako sumayaw dahil sa Streetboys, po."
