Matteo Guidicelli just made Philippine history as the first celebrity and civilian to complete Army Scout Ranger training. About a month ago, he even posted a selfie sporting a shaved head and a Scout Ranger t-shirt before undergoing the 30-day training, considered to be one of the most grueling programs in the Philippine Armed Forces.
Matteo is also a reservist for the Philippine Army, as well as a sworn member of the auxiliary group of the Philippine Coast Guard (along with Nico Bolzico and Erwan Heussaff). Talk about love for country!
Entertainment reporter MJ Felipe, who was at Matteo's graduation today at Camp Tecson, Bulacan shared just how Matteo graduated with flying colors. He got the highest grade among 97 trainees!
Sarah Geronimo showed her full support for Matteo, attending the ceremony and sitting with his family:
There are even posts making rounds on social media of Sarah singing her hit song "Forever's Not Enough" at the rites, to the delight of Matteo and the crowd. Look at Matteo's smile! Aww.
Congrats, Second Lieutenant Gian Matteo Vittorio F. Guidicelli!
