Elisse Joson celebrated her 25th birthday on January 6 and people showered her with a lot of love—including, as it turns out, McCoy de Leon. Early on January 7, the actress posted a video of herself on Instagram watching McCoy's *surprise* birthday gift: a compilation of greetings from her close friends.
Hashtags' Nikko Natividad, Michelle Vito, Enzo Pineda, Sue Ramirez, Javi Benitez, Alexa Ilacad, and Sofia Andres were among those who recorded sweet messages for the birthday girl. In the caption, Elisse wrote that Jane de Leon also sent a greeting, which she watched separately.
The video starts with McCoy singing for Elisse, but it's his short, simple message at the end that had us bawling. Indeed saving the best for last, he told her, "Hindi ko alam sasabihin ko. Kung ano na lang [yung] nasa loob ng puso ko, sasabihin ko ngayon. Ayan, nakita mo, marami kaming nagmamahal sa'yo. Ngayong birthday mo, gusto ko happy ka. Gusto ko lahat ng best para sa'yo. In August 2020, the two sparked romance rumors once again when McCoy posted a photo of them together on what seemed like a romantic cruise and captioned it, "Always all ways."
