Google's Year In Search 2020 had some *pretty surprising* results when it comes to the most-searched songs and lyrics. Miley Cyrus' "When I Look At You" is at the top of the list! The song was released in 2010 and served as the theme song for her film The Last Song, where she starred opposite Liam Hemsworth.

Let's get right to it, so you can see for yourself: here are the Top 10 songs and lyrics Pinoys searched for this year.

1. "When I Look At You" by Miley Cyrus

What people Googled: "When I Look at You lyrics"

This song is ten years old, but it STILL resonates with Pinoys! Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth's divorce could also be a big factor as to why peeps are still listening to it. BRB, Imma cry in a corner and listen to this song for a while.

2. "Tala" by Sarah Geronimo

What people Googled: "Tala"

Remember the "Tala dance craze?" Celebs and fans alike danced to the song at the beginning of 2020, and K-pop group WINNER even performed it during their 2020 concert in the Philippines!

3. "Love Story" by Taylor Swift

What people Googled: "Love Story lyrics"

Taylor Swift, who released TWO FREAKING ALBUMS this year, will always be known for her 2009 teen song "Love Story." I guess there are still a lot of Juliets looking for their Romeos (and vice versa) here.

4. "Paubaya" by Moira Dela Torre

What people Googled: "Paubaya lyrics"

While this song is already really masakit and tragic, it gained more acclaim after fans began making edited music videos for the song, featuring Start-Up's Good Boy Han Ji Pyeong (Kim Seon Ho) as the "nagpaubaya!"

5. "Imahe" by Magnus Haven

What people Googled: "Imahe lyrics"

The story behind it is quite sad: "Imahe" is about a long-distance relationship that lasted for two years but eventually became too hard for both parties, and it's based on the true story of the group's bassist.
