Ok Taecyeon may have debuted as a K-pop idol under the group 2PM in 2008, but he's had a long-lasting career in acting since 2010. At 32-years-old, Taecyeon has starred in a slew of Korean dramas and a handful of films as well. Currently, he's part of the ensemble cast of tvN's Vincenzo.

1. Hansan (coming soon in 2021)

The plot: Ok Taecyeon's latest film, Hansan, is set to be released sometime in 2021. Set in 1592 during the Joseon Dynasty, "Admiral Yi Sun Shin (Park Hae Il) searches for invading Japanese naval forces. A decisive battle takes place around Hansan Island." (via AsianWiki)

2. Vincenzo (2021)

The plot: In VincenzoSong Joong Ki plays the titular character Vincenzo Cassano, a ruthless lawyer with strong ties to the Italian mafia. He flies to South Korea, his birth country, and is challenged when he comes across the cutthroat and determined lawyer Hong Cha Young (Jeon Yeo Bin). Ok Taecyeon plays Cha Young's offbeat and naïve intern Jang Jun Woo.

The plot: In the crime thriller drama, Ok Taecyeon plays Tae Pyeong, a man with a special ability to see the exact moment a person will die when he looks into their eyes. He gets involved in a kidnapping case of a missing girl and helps the police in their investigation.

4. House Of The Disappeared (2017)

The plot: Housewife Mi Hee's (Kim Yunjin) life turns upside down when her husband suddenly dies and her son goes missing. She is then wrongly accused of her husband's murder and is imprisoned for 25 years. After her sentence, she goes back to the scene of the crimetheir old family home. Ok Taecyeon plays Priest Choi in the mystery thriller film.

5. Save Me (2017)

The plot: In Save Me, Ok Taecyeon plays the role of Han Sang Hwan, the son of a corrupt politician. The 2017 thriller tackles suicide, brainwashing by religious cults, and violence. Netflix describes Save Me as such: "Four young men come to the rescue of a former classmate whose family has been sucked into the clutches of a religious cult and its charismatic leader." Save Me also stars his Vincenzo co-star Jeon Yeo Bin.

6. Let's Fight, Ghost/Bring It On, Ghost (2016)

Where to watch it: Viu

The plot: This 2016 supernatural drama stars Kim So Hyun as Hyun Ji, a studious 19-year-old girl who suddenly passes away and becomes a ghost. She roams around the ~living~ and comes across exorcist Park Bong Pal (Ok Taecyeon). They then team up to help spirits cross over to the afterlife.

7. Assembly (2015)

The plot: This political drama is set in the world of Korea's National Assembly. According to AsianWiki, "Jin Sang Pil (Jung Jae Young) is elected as a member of the national assembly. Prior to his new post, he worked as a welder in a shipyard. He is simple, brave, and righteous, but his work as a National Assembly member is poor. With the help of his aid Choi In Gyeong (Song Yoon A), Jin Sang Pil is able to become an honorable National Assembly member."

8. Wonderful Days (2014)

The plot: After 14 years, successful prosecutor Dong Suk (Lee Seo Jin) goes back to his hometown and his complicated family. He then meets his first love and tries to rekindle his relationship with her. Ok Taecyeon plays Dong Suk's younger brother, Dong Hee, who's been through a lot of hardships growing up.

9. Marriage Blue (2013)

The plot: This rom-com film is actually Ok Taecyeon's first film! Marriage Blue follows four engaged couples as they get ready for their weddings. Ok Taecyeon plays chef Won Cheol whose fiancée is nail artist So Mi (Lee Yeon Hee). Even though they've been together for seven years, "So Mi feels something is missing in her life. She wants to feel pure love, but Won Cheol thinks of their marriage more of as a living arrangement. Several days prior to their wedding, So Mi travels to Jeju Island for a nail art competition. 10. Who Are You? (2013)

The plot: Detective Shi On (So E Hyun) has a secret ability to see ghosts, while her partner Detective Gun Woo (Ok Taecyeon) doesn't believe in such supernatural elements. While working on cold cases, Detective Shi On uses her ability to solve them with Detective Gun Woo slowly opening up his beliefs.

11. Dream High (2011)

The plot: Premiering in 2011, the series revolves around a group of talented students at the fictional performance academy, Kirin Art School: a classically trained former rich girl (Suzy), a small-town musical genius (Kim Soo Hyun), and a bad boy with a hidden passion for dance (Ok Taecyeon).
