Nadine Lustre has reacted to James Reid’s interview about being unsure of having kids in the future because of “the state of the world right now.” On Tonight With Boy Abunda, the actress said she agrees with her boyfriend. “I think I know the reason why he said he’s not sure. Ako din. I agree with him. Ngayon kasi maraming nangyayari sa mundo natin at hindi tayo sure.”
In his own TWBA interview, James said, “I would love to have kids, but I don’t know if I can have them. I don’t know if I want to bring another life into the world the way that it is now.”
Aside from that, Nadine said they’re both too young to have kids. “Wala pa ako sa ganoong headspace. Malayo pa ‘yon. I’m not ready yet [at] marami pa akong gustong gawin.”
But if they do decide to have kids in the future, does she think James would be a good dad? “Yeah. All the things that he tells me about life in general… I learn so much from him.”
Nadine turned 26 yesterday, October 31. She celebrated her birthday and Halloween by dressing up as Juliet, with James as her Romeo, of course. She’ll soon appear as a judge on the new reality show Your Moment with Boy Abunda and Billy Crawford.
