After years of being in a love team with her ex-reel-to-real BF James Reid, Nadine Lustre keeps her current relationship with French-Filipino businessman Christophe Bariou as *private* as possible. However, the actress makes sure that she always keeps it *real* when it comes to romance.
In a recent vlog with Bea Alonzo, Nadine admits that she has never been dumped before. “No, ako yung nang-du-dump,” she says, revealing that she also used to give her ~*all*~ in previous relationships.
“When I get into a relationship, give ako eh, lahat. Yun yung mistake ko before. Pero ngayon, I’ve learned,” she adds. “Mahirap sa akin makipag-hiwalay, kasi ang tingin ko sa isang intimate relationship, you’re working on this relationship kasi gusto mo ito na yung tao [para sayo].”
Instagram/nadineThe actress also believes in the saying that your partner must love you *more* than you love them in order for your relationship to work—an advice that her tita gave her when she was younger.
“At least alam mo na itong tao na to, loyal sayo, mamahalin ka nang buo. Yan yung advice sakin ng tita ko,” she reveals. “Make sure yung partner mo mas mahal ka kesa sayo, kasi you learn to love them anyway. I guess, tama.”
