ICYMI, Korean actor Namgoong Min is already married to model Jin Ah Reum! The longtime couple tied the knot on October 7 at the ~luxurious~ The Shilla Seoul (where some of your fave celebs also held their wedding ceremony) and it was such an elegant day.
Laciel—everyone's go-to event planner in South Korea—shared photos of Namgoong and Ah Reum's wedding on their official Instagram account. The two changed into different outfits after the ceremony as they meet their families and close friends (Namgoong's The Veil co-stars were invited and TVXQ's Yunho and Changmin serenaded the crowd). On her IG, Ah Reum reposted the pics and wrote, "Hello, this is model Jin Ah Reum. I sincerely thank everyone who has congratulated, supported, and helped [us]. We will be mature and pretty, and live happily."
Namgoong also relayed his gratitude to his fans who sent their best wishes for the new chapter in his life: "This is actor Namgoong Min. Thank you very much for congratulating me. I will work harder and be happier from now on."
You can totally feel that everyone's happy for the couple, but what touched everyone's hearts was when Namgoong's marriage proposal to Ah Reum was shown on the screen. It was a simple "Will you marry me?" and yet you can totally feel the love, huhu.
Namgoong and Ah Reum have been together for seven years. In 2015, they met during the filming of the Korean movie Light My Fire with Namgoong as the director and Ah Reum as the lead actress. In one interview, she described her now-husband fondly and said, "He encouraged me to come as you are and feel comfortable. He's honest, straightforward, and pure. That's why I opened up my heart."
