The dark revenge comedy series Insatiable will not be renewed for a third season, Netflix confirmed on February 14

Earlier this month, star Alyssa Milano, who played an avid social climber and Bob Armstrong's ex-wife Coralee Huggens-Armstrong, revealed in a tweet the cancelation. "We will not be coming back, sadly," she said in response to a question about the show's third season.

The controversial show's lead actress Debby Ryan (Patty Bladell), along with co-star Dallas Roberts (Bob Armstrong), visited the Philippines in October last year for the promotion of the show's second season. They attended events and interviews with Filipina beauty queen and actress Gloria Diaz, who was the guest star for two episodes.

The series focused on the story of Patty, a beauty pageant enthusiast, who had recently become thin, seeking to get back at the people who bullied her when she was overweight. The series had received continuous backlash and petitions for cancellation for allegedly promoting fat-shaming, homophobia, and glorifying eating disorders.

Although the story has been left open-ended, Insatiable is still available for viewing on Netflix.
