Aside from the fact that we're determined to find out who really killed Jason Blossom on Netflix's Riverdale, there's another major reason why we love the show so much: the love teams, obvs.
The original Archie comics centered on the love triangle of Archie Andrews, Betty Cooper, and Veronica Lodge but Riverdale makes things a little more complicated than that. Here are the five couples we're seriously shipping (although my heart goes to Betty and Jughead):

Betty and Jughead
Jughead Jones (Cole Sprouse) was originally written to be asexual, just like in the comics. But after getting really close while working on Jason's murder case for the Blue and Gold, Juggy and Betty (Lili Reinhart) have shared some very sweet kisses in the recent eps. We mean, we can't blame Betty—Juggy's brooding charm will surely make anyone swoon. #Bughead
Betty and Veronica
We're super girl crushing on B and V! They're total opposites—with Betty being the innocent girl next door and Veronica (Camila Mendes) the wild city girl—who can't help but get along. But of course, who can forget their fake lesbian kiss on the pilot ep that got us going WOW.
Archie and Betty
Archie (KJ Apa) and Betty have been next door neighbors since they were kids and know almost everything about each other. Physically speaking, they look perfect together! She's the delicate princess to his dashing knight. Despite their many flaws (looking at you Archie), they still love each other unconditionally.
Archie and Jughead
These two have the best bromance ever—even IRL. KJ and Cole's off-screen friendship—going camping together in the wilderness, posting the many IG posts of each other—perfectly translates to their on-screen best friendship. Archie and Jughead have been through a lot of personal drama together and know each other's deepest darkest secrets more than anyone else in their circle.
Archie and Veronica
We knew these two had some sexual tension going on ever since Archie laid his eyes on Ronnie the very first time he saw her walk into Pop's. Of course we know they got it on inside the closet during Seven Minutes in Heaven at Cheryl Blossom's house. (TOTALLY HOT, BTW). With Archie and Veronica having the sexual chemistry that they have, we know more interesting things is gonna happen between these two.
