Sarah Lahbati and Richard Gutierrez have officially tied the knot!
Photographer Pat Dy took to Instagram to share photos from the couple's civil wedding.
"Although things have changed dramatically [in] the last couple of days, Richard and Sarah proceeded with a civil ceremony since her side of the family has already arrived," shared Pat. "We applaud their strength. Letting all us know that there will always be hope and love."
Raymond Gutierrez even posted a TikTok video of him and Sarah dancing. So cute!
"With less than 20 guests, tonight’s ceremony was not the original plan, but [it] made it more meaningful. Love conquers all, even during a pandemic!"
Richard also had a sweet message to his now-wife.
"I have you. And it’s enough. It’s everything. Thank you, Lord, for today. The big gathering to celebrate with all our loved ones, friends, and colleagues will have to wait because we care more about everyone’s safety and health."
On March 12, Sarah and Richard postponed their wedding due to the threat of the coronavirus disease or COVID-19 outbreak. On the same day, President Rodrigo Duterte announced that Metro Manila will be put on community quarantine from March 15 to April 14.
