Selena Gomez just released her single "Lose You To Love Me," and the song is seriously putting us through so many feelings—hurt, anger, relief—right now! In the track, Selena talks about moving on from a toxic relationship, where she was "giving her all" to someone who "tore her down." Other hugot lyrics include: "You promised the world and I fell for it/I put you first and you adored it" and "In two months you replaced us like it was easy." OUCH.
In the comments section of the single's official music video, Selena explained: "This song was inspired by many things that have happened in my life since releasing my last album. I want people to feel hope and to know you will come out the other side stronger and a better version of yourself."

Well, fans are SURE that this song is about Selena's ex, Justin Bieber, who's now married to Hailey Baldwin. Justin and Selena were in a super complicated (and kinda messy) on-again-off-again relationship from 2009 to March 2018.
After their 2018 split, he seemed to ~move on~ pretty quickly because the next thing we knew, he was dating Hailey in June of the same year, he proposed to her in July, and they got married at a New York courthouse in September 2018!
Here's what Twitter has to say about "Lose You To Love Me":
If this song is indeed about Justin, we're just happy that they're both in really good places right now. Justin's happily married while Selena's fully healed. The music video even shows her happily smiling at the end! Our teenage hearts just want what's best for them.
