Solenn Heussaff On Prenatal Workout Routines: 'Ask your OB, read up, and listen to your body'

She's about five months pregnant now!

After sharing her prenatal gym exercises earlier this month, Solenn Heussaff is posting more about her workout routine. About five months pregnant now, Solenn says, “For those asking, I’m still working out because I’ve always been active. Loving prenatal yoga classes on YouTube. I uphill walk-slash-run in the gym. Boxing without getting hit, obviously. Swimming.”

The actress and artist emphasizes listening to experts and to your body, and tuning out the rest. “Don’t listen to the millions of things people have to say. Ask your OB (obstetrician), read up on pros and cons, and listen to your body.”
