The speech came during the acoustic set, as Taylor was announcing the surprise songs for the night, the first of which was "Question...?" from Midnights. As Taylor explained at the beginning of her introduction for the track, the performance was the song's official live debut. As if that weren't enough to make the Foxborough crowd feel blessed as hell, Taylor went on to give a little speech about the song/officially declare to the world that this Taylor Swift is the happiest version of Taylor Swift that's ever existed, full stop.
"I kind of feel like telling you, I don’t know, I’ve just never been this happy in my life in all aspects of my life ever before," Taylor said as rays of happiness and sunshine seemed to beam directly out of her widely-smiling face. "And I just want to thank you for being a part of that."

And just in case anyone assumed that her peak happiness was pegged just to that specific moment and/or is all thanks to the glory that is the Eras Tour, Taylor went out of her to reiterate that this happiness is across the board, in all aspects of her life.

It's impossible not to connect the speech/Taylor's abundant happiness to her rumored (in that Taylor/Tree Paine have yet to officially confirm it) relationship with The 1975's Matty Healy, so don't feel bad that your brain immediately went right there and nowhere else.
