In case you haven't already heard, How-Old.net and its hashtag #HowOldRobot has taken over the Internet (and my entire Facebook wall), due to its simple yet seriously addictive ability to guess your age based on an uploaded photo.
Creators of the site say it's just a fun way to play around with Microsoft's new face detection software, which is designed to detect a person's age and gender based on photos, and basically everyone on the Internet agrees, even if they don't understand how it does what it does.
I went in and used it and it told me I was 18, so my point is that this robot's detection skills are very accurate and good, and we should believe everything it tells us.
