Super hot BF? Or super sweet BFF? Decisions, decisions...

The Kissing Booth 2 ended with Elle (Joey King) being in a bit of a pickle with a huuuge decision to make: attend Harvard with the love of her life Noah (Jacob Elordi), or fulfill her lifelong plans of going to Cal-Berkeley with her BFF Lee (Joel Courtney). To make these complicated matters worse, these two dudes are brothers, so feelings and egos abound, y'all. It's v messy for our girl Elle.

There's honestly sooo much to say about The Kissing Booth 3, but the biggest question is obvi, WHO DOES ELLE CHOOSE?! Don't fret, we got you.

Warning! Major spoilers for The Kissing Booth 3 are beyond this point! Enter at your own risk.

OK so, early in the movie Elle has to choose a school ASAP. (Those admissions folks were not playing with her.) She chooses Harvard, Noah rejoices, and Lee *literally* runs away from the mini celebration.

But Elle is conflicted and extremely exhausted trying to make everyone happy. Later on, Noah learns that Elle never made the waitlist at Berkeley as she initially told him (oops), but that she got *all the way* accepted. The new intel leads Noah to...wait for it...break up with Elle. But not bc she lied! But bc he didn't want her to regret her decision of coming to Harvard essentially for him.

So, easy, now she just goes to Cal-Berkeley with Lee, right? Problem solved. Well....NO. Not at all. After a little motherly love pep talk from Molly Ringwald's character Mrs. Flynn, Elle re-evaluates what *she* really wants, and in the end Elle ends up choosing herself. She decides to attend the University of Southern California to study video game design.

But love is not lost, people! The six-year flash forward at the end reunites Elle and Noah (as well as Lee and Rachel, who broke up before college but are now engaged!) at their high school's fundraiser ~where it all began~. They briefly catch up, and you can still feel the chemistry and connection. Noah walks away to the top of a set of stairs, and he does the iconic *look back* at Elle, a nod to the other films and their love.

The movie ends with Noah and Elle riding down the coast together on their motorcycles, and you get to interpret if they end up together forever. We love a happy ending!
