The airing of Vice Ganda's new TV show, Everybody, Sing!, has been postponed.
Everybody, Sing!—dubbed the first community singing game show with 100 contestants—was supposed to air its pilot episode on Sunday, March 15, as replacement of Vice's nine-year talk show, Gandang Gabi Vice.
However, the management of the new TV show decided to postpone its launch following the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Vice announced the postponement of Everybody, Sing! on It's Showtime on Friday, March 13.
Vice also said that past episodes of Gandang Gabi Vice will air in the timeslot.
Everybody, Sing! also released an official statement on its social media accounts on March 13.
The statement reads:
"In light of the current public health issue brought about by COVID-19, the team of Everybody, Sing! regrets to announce that the show's pilot episode will be postponed to another date.
"While we are excited to bring entertainment to our viewers, the safety and well-being of our artists, contestants, and production team are our outmost priority at this point.
"Thank you for your understanding and support, Kapamilya."
