Singer Yeng Constantino, who describes herself as a “Jesus Lover” on her Instagram account, has come to the defense of the LGBT community after boxing icon Manny Pacquiao’s controversial remarks against same sex marriage.
In a 9-minute video, an emotional Yeng was shown apologizing for Pacquiao’s statement that earned the ire of the public.
Yeng then revealed that she was also a Christian like Pacquiao, but said she did not share his perspective.
Pacquiao has since apologized for his comments but maintained his stand against same sex marriage.
