Google just announced a new (and terrifying) feature: you can now view and download all the things you’ve ever searched for. The feature was first launched last year as an experiment, but it's now available for everyone to use.
According to Google’s unofficial blog, Google Operating System, all you have to do is go to your Google History Page log-in, click the gear button on the upper right corner, and select download. For your safety, Google implemented a two-step verification process, so you won’t have to worry about downloading your information on a public computer.
However, you’ll only be able to see the searches you made while logged in to your Google account. (Thank Google for incognito mode, right?)
Oh, you can also choose to delete everything from the beginning of time, so you won’t have to deal with the embarrassment of remembering the time you searched “Halik lyrics” and “Channing Tatum topless.” Yay.
