A Mental Health Awareness Exhibit Called #IAMEnough Opens On October 10 In Araneta City

The exhibit will be up until October 12, 2019.

We all do different things for our mental health: Some take workout classes while others plan small trips throughout the year. It's important to take the time to slow down and check on how you're doing. It's also crucial to let your loved ones know that you care just as much about their mental health. 

In celebration of World Mental Health Awareness Day on October 10, Araneta City will be opening an exhibit called #IAMEnough. It aims to break the stigma of mental health illnesses. The exhibit will be held at the Gateway Mall activity area.

Both Dr. Carolina Uno-Rayco, National Executive Director for the Philippine Mental Health Association and Ms. Diane Romero, the Executive Director of the J. Amado Araneta Foundation (JAAF), the Corporate Social Responsibility arm of the Araneta Group will be present at the opening. 

Kylie Verzosa is scheduled to cut the ribbon at this event. ICYDK, Kylie is one of Cosmopolitan's 2019 Women of Influence, for all her efforts as a mental health advocate, even creating her own support group called Mental Health Matters.
