Don't you just love how there's an app for almost ~anything~ nowadays? There are some for horoscope readings, for mental health, and even for skincare routines. If you want that soft glow #aesthetic or vintage effect on your photos, there are apps for those, too. But if there's one app that'll stay on my home screen forever—aside from my social media apps, ofc—it'll be my period tracker. Gamit na gamit ko talaga siya, tbh! You can use it to predict your next cycle, monitor symptoms, and learn more about your body. 10/10 would recommend! Keep reading for a list of period tracker apps you should consider downloading.

Clue

Available on: App Store, Google Play

I've been using this app for almost four years now and for me, it never fails! The app gives  me a notification when my cycle is about to begin and it's pretty on point. Clue has 30 different tracking options under five main categories: period, body, vitality, activities, and medical. Each option explains why it's important to track menstrual symptoms and it also talks about how it's related to your cycle. The calendar feature shows the predicted start date of your next period, and the projected fertile window.

Flo

Aside from its period tracker feature, Flo also has an ovulation calculator for those who want to get pregnant, and a pregnancy calendar for those who want to monitor their pregnancy journey. It has secret chats where users can discuss intimate topics (like the ones you're too shy to ask), submit questions anonymously, and get support from other women in the community. And just like Instagram stories, it has "Daily Insights" that include articles, videos, and podcasts related to health and wellness.

Period Calendar

Available on: App Store, Google Play

What makes this app different is that you can log more detailed symptoms apart from the usual mood, bleeding, sleep, etc. You can monitor ovulation, track pregnancy or fertility tests, and even log the position, status, and texture of your cervix. If you're on birth control pills or any kind of medicine, the app lets you schedule reminders so you don't forget to take it! There's also a diary feature and a self-care tab for a suggested skincare routine, meditation session, and workout program.

One cool thing about Glow is that it shows the importance of being part of a community.
