15 Minutes Every Day To Keep You Fit

Sometimes, that's all the time you need.

If there's one thing always present in every girls' to-do list it would be getting in shape and keeping those unwanted pounds at bay. Making it happen is a different matter altogether. But cheer up, girls! All you really need is 15 minutes a day and a little commitment to keep those flabby arms and tummy bulges in check and be back on your fitness track.

Here’s what you can do with your 15 minutes:

1. Do an Arm Sculpting Workout.

Are your arms getting a little too plump for your size? Here's what you can do to make it firm again! Get a dumbbell and stand with your feet apart and arms at your sides. Raise the weights in front of you so your arms form a V shape. 12 to 15 reps of this workout daily will have you strutting confidently in tanks and sleeveless tops in no time.

2. Jump-rope your way to a fitter bod.

Feeling a little off balance after stressing out a lot lately? Hop to it! Doing a jump-rope workout works your arms, legs and improves balance. This heart-racing workout is also a lot easier (and less intimidating) for girls who abhor working out.

3. Get into an on-the-spot sprinting routine.

Lacking the heart to try intense workouts? Do an on-the-spot-sprinting instead, right before your morning shower! Stay in one place and drive your knees up to your chest as quickly as possible. Rest in between 20 second intervals to catch your breath.

4. Tone your shoulders with arm circles.

Wanting to strengthen your muscles but lacking the time and heart to go to the gym near you? Try arm-circles! Doing these for 15 minutes every day will surely improve your muscle strength. Just hold out your arms straight to your sides with palms facing upward and circle forward 10 times and circle backwards 10 times. Repeat the sequence for 15 minutes.

5. Boost all your hard work with CarbTrim capsules.
