Brie Larson's Captain Marvel may not be showing until 2019, but if you've been following her Instagram, you know she's been training hard for a while now. It'll be the first time a woman will be the solo lead in a movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, so you know, it's a big fucking deal.
She's been working out with popular celebrity trainer Jason Walsh. Here's a ~casual~ clip of Brie doing hip thrusts with 335-, 350-, 400-pound weights:
