I've long accepted that I can't do intense workouts. I just don't enjoy them. I also have no plans of "glowing up" while in quarantine but I exercise every day to keep my body healthy. It's more of "I don't want to get sick" instead of "I want to get abs." This mindset has helped me enjoy working out rather than thinking it's a chore I need to do. There's no pressure to look a certain way.

On days when I'm really energetic and enthusiastic, I lift free weights and follow workouts found on a free app. But, there are mornings when I just don't feel like moving yet I know I need to for my physical and mental wellness. So, I listen to my body and do a simple low-impact exercise. So far, the best one I've found is this leg workout. The one thing that got me sold? I lie down on the mat most of the time, and I don't need to put on sneakers!
