The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show may be over, but we haven’t been able to shut up about how flawless Kendall Jenner looked that night (and every day of her life). But even with her good genes, Kenny worked hard to prepare for the biggest fashion show of the year.
Celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson told Us Weekly, “People will find it hard to believe, [but] that girl squats, dead-lifts, and does pull-ups. [Kendall did] a lot of sled-pushing, a lot of lateral banded work, up and down the track, and a lot of very high-intensity cardio intervals.”
These types of exercises work every muscle of the body. According to medical professional Albert Matheny, these moves burn a lot of calories and build lean muscle. Plus, you can avoid plateauing by changing the sets, reps, and weights of each exercise.
