Workouts That Keep Plus-Size Model Ashley Graham Strong And Sexy

In the gym, as in life, Ashley Graham knows how to dominate. For one thing, her go-to gym is called The DogPound; we imagine that only people willing to get down and dirty go there.

Co-founder Dawin Pena is Ashley's trainer and close friend. Pena shares, "Ashley is a busy woman, but that doesn't mean she can't get in a great workout in a short amount of time." But what kind of exercises do they focus on? According to Pena, they "do weights with a high rep count and some calisthenics in between to get her heart rate up."

To warm up, Ashley usually does a bunch of squads and burpees, which already tells us that she is willing to do whatever it takes to torch those calories (read: burpees are the absolute worst). She does 20 reps of each.

She strengthens her legs by doing, you guessed it, even more squats, but mixes it up with lunges and side lunges.

As expected, Ashley does a lot of cardio. Some of her go-to cardio moves include Ball Smash, Slash Hammer, and Body Ball Burpee. What's important is maintaining control of the movements and engaging the core the entire time.
