Random Things You Can Use As Weights

No weights? No problem!

Time to exercise, ladies! Oh come on, don't be lazy. All you need can already be found in your home. We know gym equipment can be pricey, so it's a good idea to be resourceful. Having no weights is NOT an excuse to not exercise today.
