Workout Routine: This Is How Son Ye Jin Stays Fit & Strong

The actress is a big fan of pilates and TRX exercises.

In an interview, Crash Landing On You star Son Ye Jin revealed that a lot of people have given her a special nickname: Cow Ye Jin. She told The Swoon, "Many people say I work hard like a cow because I've done many projects." She quickly added, "I'll work hard like a cow forever."

As it turns out, Ye Jin isn't just a hardworker on set; she devotes just as much time and effort to her overall health.

In an episode of Master in the House, Lee Seung-gi, Yook Sung Jae, Lee Sang Yoon, and Yang Se Hyung met up with their "master" Son Ye Jin. ICYDK, this show has the guys spending time with their "masters" (who are often famous people) to get to know them and gain some wisdom. This was a special episode because it was for the show's first anniversary in December 2018!

Taking the boys to the gym she's been going to for years, Ye Jin said that she spends more time there than in her actual house:

The instructor revealed that they usually do pilates but also TRX (for a full-body workout). Fun fact: Ye Jin is a certified TRX instructor! She has a *teaching* license, you guys. So it only makes sense that she was the boys' instructor for the day:

In a separate interview alongside Hyun Bin, the actress shared, "Once we begin working on a project, things become very physically taxing. So, when I'm not working, I work out very regularly, and I try to eat a lot of good food." She couldn't help but admit, though, that "unhealthy food tastes so good."
