In 2020, he donated to the Korean Federation for Environmental Movement and proceeds went towards wild animals affected by bushfires in Australia. He also donated to both flood and fire victims in 2019. Recently, he has shared approximately 30 million won to aid the victims of the devastating earthquake in Turkey.
5. He's an amazing composer.
Yup, you read that right— Jinyoung is GOT7's co-songwriter! He penned some of the group's tracks such as "Thank You," "To. Star," "The End, I Am Me," "Love You Better," "Wave," and "Encore," as well as JJ Project's "Tomorrow," "Today With JayB," "Coming Home," and "The Day." The five tracks in his latest album are also entirely written by him. So impressive!
