My Day With Cosmo: How I'm Running My Clothing Business During A Pandemic
We first spoke to Samantha Dizon back in April 2018, just six months after she launched her fashion social enterprise, Candid Clothing. The brand is all about giving back to the community by hiring unfairly paid garment makers in Taytay, Rizal. And the pandemic hasn't slowed them down one bit. Candid Clothing was quick to produce non-profit PPEs and washable face masks to simultaneously address the scarcity and to support the livelihood of their partner garment workers and other displaced garment workers in Rizal. So for the second episode of My Day with Cosmo, we spoke to Samantha about what it takes to run this business amid a pandemic.
