In the world post-pandemic, reputation is just as important as profit margins when it comes to business. Potential workers, investors, and even the general public are looking for companies that provide work-life balance, competitive benefits, and an overall good experience for their employees. The pandemic and lockdowns in some countries have emphasized the employer's impact on the employee's quality of life, and we predict that importance will only increase in the years to come.

It's important to note that Forbes and Statista created the list based on responses from the employees of the companies mentioned above. It does not take into consideration the legal cases these companies are facing from former employees—only the experiences of the current roster of staff and whether they'd recommend these companies to friends and family.
