**November 2021 update**
Being in your twenties is when you get your first taste of adulting. You get your first sweldo, you start paying for your own bills, and basically begin your journey towards financial independence. It can be tricky to deal with money wisely, especially if it's something you've never done before or if you used to just rely on your parents for such decisions. Admittedly, it's also tempting to spend your hard-earned cash on monthly online sales or random things you don't necessarily need in life.
For these twenty-something content creators, however, they've allocated their earnings to investments they can make use of for a very long time. From starting their own businesses to investing in real estate, these seven content creators are making big money moves.
At 23, Hazel got to save up around P2 million for her very first big invesment: a business venture called 11:11 which she took on with her mom. In 2021, she also got her first real estate investment when she bought a piece of land in Tagaytay.
Toni has always been self-sufficient ever since she graduated from college, but she took on a whole new level of independence when she decided to invest in her own place and move out from her parents' house.
In March 2021, 22-year-old content creator Ry Velasco got to buy her very first car with her own hard-earned money. Ry bought a BMW X1 and even shared the news in a vlog on her channel.
Ashley Sandrine Yap
As someone who loves coffee and milk tea, it's a full-circle journey for Ashley Sandrine Yap to start her own business related to these two things. In 2020, Ashley shared the news of a special project she's worked on for months, and it's the milk tea and coffee store South End Brews which currently has one location in Taguig.
Okay, hear us out: Bella isn't actually in her 20s just yet, but the 19-year-old Pinay YouTuber has already made a *big investment* by buying her first car! She bought a Super Grandia Elite, which she plans to use for long drives to Manila from her hometown, Lipa, Batangas. In one of her vlogs, she shared that the 10-seater van is *perfect* for her family.
In a recent Instagram post, author and YouTuber Gwy Saludes shared, "Achieved one of my biggest goals this 2021: to buy my own car." She thanked her loved ones and even said that road trips would be easier for her now. Congrats, Gwy!
