Juggling school and a music career, it’s not surprising to know that Claudia Barretto always has a jampacked schedule. Then came the pandemic, which put a halt to her day-to-day deliverables, allowing her to spend more time at home. “I get so afraid to admit that I grew so much and I learned so much as a person in the past year because I feel like it’s so unfair that it’s good for me,” the 22-year old shares in her guesting on Hannah Pangilinan’s Kwentos With Hannah podcast.

“It became more purposeful and the things that I was doing with myself became fulfilling.”

It looks like her newfound lifestyle has been instrumental to Claudia’ successes, given her numerous milestones this year. In June, her mom Marjorie Barretto took to Instagram to proudly share that Claui is an honor student in Ateneo, where’s she’s currently taking up Psychology. Claudia also launched a new single this year in collaboration with indie singer-rapper Curtismith, entitled Nothing To Do.

FYI, Claudia also hosts her own mental health-focused podcast series MINDGAMES, in partnership with Mental Health PH.
