We recently got the chance to chat with Manny, and he shared with us his wine philosophy: "Good wines give you pleasure, but great wines give you emotions." For Your Girlfriends

One of his unique wines is the Agapitos Rose, a rose-tinted wine made in Portugal. It's a good starter for girls who don't usually drink because it has a refreshing, tutti-frutti flavor that your barkada will love. "It's a very sexy drink," Manny tells us. "Not just the color, but even the taste."

For Your Man

For a romantic night in, get your guy the brand's top-of-the-line red wine, the Bibulus Medoc-Cru Bourgeois. You can pop it open during dinner since it goes well with roast meats, then cozy up to him afterward while you continue to enjoy the licorice and vanilla notes.

For Your Guests

Liven up your next Christmas party with a white dining wine like the Agapitos Branco, which is "great for a lot of lighter food like salads or even kilawin na isda" or the Discipulus Blanc, which goes well with grilled meat dishes, sashimi, and dim sum. If you prefer red wine, the Sumiller is an excellent choice that pairs well with saucy Filipino dishes.
