To respect those who haven't seen Avengers: Infinity War, we won't reveal anything crucial, but we will say that Wanda Maximoff kicked so much ass. We personally think she doesn't get enough credit!
Elizabeth Olsen, who plays Wanda, has been putting in a lot of work to get in fighting shape for Infinity War. Dr. Philip Goglia, the ~*official*~ Marvel superhero nutritionist told POPSUGAR that they focused on Elizabeth's diet (because we all know your workouts won't mean much if you don't eat right).
To get ready for this movie, Elizabeth upped her intake of vegetables (mostly kale, spinach, asparagus, and broccoli); and her meats were "grilled, steamed, baked, or broiled"—never fried. On top of that, she stayed away from beans, dairy, gluten, bread, and of course, refined sugars.
Here's an example of what she ate in a day:
Meal 1: Protein shake with one serving of fruit, one serving of almond butter, ice, and water.
Meal 2 (snack): One serving of fruit with one tablespoon of almond butter.
Meal 3: Four ounces of fish with veggies/salad.
Meal 4 (snack): A tomato with 12 almonds.
Meal 5: One egg with a tomato.
Meal 6: Eight-ounce piece of salmon with veggies/salad, alternated every other night with veggies/salad and a protein shake.
Meal 7: One serving of fruit or a spoonful of honey.
