Ah, Coffee Bay: it's where K-drama characters go for dates, it's what they drink at the office, it's what the leading man buys the leading lady for warmth when it's winter. Korean dramas such as Something In The Rain, Cheese In The Trap, and Encounter have had scenes inside Coffee Bay branches and with characters holding their drinks! The cafe was also in Hotel Del Luna, such as that scene where Jang Man Wol (IU) had to ~sell a horse~.

While we're fully aware that these appearances are *sponsored*, we can't help but want to try Coffee Bay ourselves. Most recently, the brand appeared in Tale Of The Nine-Tailed (several times, actually), and our craving...intensified. Who doesn't want to drink the ~very same~ coffee as Lee Dong Wook and Kim Bum, right?

Coffee Bay was launched in South Korea in 2009 and has since expanded to different countries. The brand opened its first branch in the Philippines in 2017, and at present, it has two locations: one at the Cebu IT Park and one in SM Seaside City Cebu. Aside from coffee and fruit drinks, the cafe sells different pastries and sandwiches. There are also stick coffee versions of their drinks, for those of us who are currently far from Cebu. Enjoooy!
