½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup fresh milk
¾ teaspoon baking powder
Oil, for frying
For the topping:
½ cup white sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Place flour, milk, and baking powder in a bowl. Mix until no dry lumps remain.
- Transfer the mixture into a piping bag or into a Ziplock bag with a hole cut in the corner.
