If you're celebrating a special occasion anytime soon and you want to serve a classic dessert that's sure to win everyone over, you can't go wrong with Lola Nena's old fashioned donuts. The bakeshop that's known for all sorts of merienda staples has launched a special item that can satisfy donut cravings: Meet Lola Nena's new Celebration Box.
Lola Nena's Celebration Box has a total of 42 pieces of donuts inside. This box includes 21 pieces of Classic Donuts and another 21 pieces of their Triple Cheese Donuts. The Classic Donuts are yellow pillowy sugar-coated donuts that are filled with a bit of cheese inside, while the Triple Cheese Donuts use the same soft, sugar-coated donuts but have more cheese filling—perfect for those who love cheese and can't get enough of it.
You can eat these old-fashioned donuts in five different ways. You can either eat it out of the box, sear it using a pan, or heat it again in the oven, toaster, or microwave. They go well with a cup of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate.
Lola Nena's Celebration Box costs P980. This is available in all of their stores (Aurora Cubao, Commonwealth, Xavierville, Quezon Avenue, Novaliches, España, Legarda, Manngahan, Aguirre, and Sct. Bayoran, Quezon City).
