First created by legendary bartender, Dick Bradsell, the team behind the fabulously floral rose liqueur Lanique have created their own version of the rose petal martini.

Ingredients:

  • 25ml Lanique
  • 25ml gin
  • 25ml lychee juice
  • 2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
  • rose petal, to garnish

Method:

Pour all the ingredients (reserving the rose petal for garnish) into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice. Shake well, then strain into a martini glass and garnish with the rose petal.

Method:
