In 2018, Solenn Heussaff shared her go-to drink when she needs a boost of energy, and to this day, people tag her when they recreate her famous Morning Elixir. Her recipe only consists of three main ingredients: apple cider vinegar, lemon, and chia seeds. Sos also likes to mix in a little maple syrup, but you can totally do without it! I've been feeling sluggish lately, and I always love Solenn's vibe so in the hopes of channeling my inner Sos, I recreated her Morning Elixir.
This drink is refreshing and it put me in a good mood! Next time, I'll try it with maple syrup naman. ;)
