I used to only ever consider ordering anything with the word "truffle" on the menu when I was with my parents. It was way over my budget. But over the years, people (culinary geniuses) started creating truffle-inspired snacks and dishes that are more budget-friendly. I bow down to these people.
Aroma Truffle Philippines, for example, offers hand-cooked truffle chips in three flavors: Original, Parmesan Cheese, and Honey Dijon. Each bag is priced at P400.
They also have a jar of Truffle Butter (P1,350), which you can simply add to your toasted bread or added to pastas, potato dishes, and veggies.
Don't miss out on the Truffle Hot Sauce, made with exotic black Italian truffles mixed with sun-ripened chilli peppers, tomato pure?e, capsicum, and cumin. Get it for only P800.
