We're a sucker for anything that has cheese on it, especially if it involves butter and carbs! As we were browsing our social media feeds, we found a cheesy treat that made us drool so much. We wished we could download it so we could eat it. Lo and behold, the Korean cream cheese garlic bread, a famous street food find in KR.
It's basically a bun sliced like a flower that is filled with cream cheese. It is then soaked in garlic butter sauce to give that nice flavor and *moist* texture. It's a pull-apart bread that's good for sharing (or not, LOL).
Can I make my own Korean cream cheese garlic bread at home?
Yes! You can make your own bread, but we think it's fine to use store-bought buns. You also need cream cheese, whipping cream, and sugar for the filling. As for the garlic-butter sauce, you must have the following: garlic, butter, condensed milk, and parsley. Here's an informative video by Nino's Home.
