Get excited: Marjorie Barretto just posted the first video of her new Christmas vlog series called #MakeItMerryWithMarjorie, and it's a mini house tour! We get to see what Christmas looks like in the Barretto household as she takes us through their holiday decor. Marjorie shares that she really wanted to make the Christmas season super special for all her children—and this is something she got from her mom.
You'll find fresh poinsettia in ever corner of the house. She buys these from Quezon Memorial Circle.
Marjorie says that she used to change the upholstery in her house for Christmas but now the changes are mostly in her seat covers. In the past, she's had all white or all gold, but nothing beats the classic red and green combo.
For the youngest members of her family, there's also decor that's more "kiddie." This one is from S&R:
A cute find from Dapitan Arcade, Marjorie places candles inside this mini house and it's part of their Noche Buena setup.
She got her Christmas stockings from a tiangge in Greenhills, the same woman she's been buying from for years. And just a few stalls away, Marjorie had these stockings embroidered.
Julia Barretto celebrated her first Christmas in her own home last year. Marjorie gave her *one* piece of advice and that's the importance of picking the right Christmas tree: "'Pag bumili ka ng Christmas tree, you have to make sure the theme, the color, and the design that you'll want for at least five years...Your Christmas tree should reflect your character."
