OPPO Now Offers A One-Hour Customer Service Session That's Completely Free

Every time one of my gadgets fails on me, I go into a state of panic. As someone who is, admittedly, not the best when it comes to figuring out hardcore tech problems, the first thing I want to do is run to the nearest ~*official*~ repair shop, where I will probably have to drop a lot of money to save my data. 

But OPPO is stepping up for their customers in a big way as they introduce their new one-hour Flash Fix program that's meant to make their lives much easier. 

In a press release, OPPO says the Flash Fix program gives customers the quickest smartphone repair and consultationall in less than one hour. 

Locally, this service is available at three OPPO service centers: SM North EDSA and SM Manila accept customer concerns via walk-in or online appointments and SM Marikina currently accepts walk-ins only. At these service centers, OPPO-certified technicians are present to help you with smartphone repair service and consultations. If, for example, your phone is still covered by the warranty and the damage is not caused by negligence, it will be repaired and changed for free. The same can't be said if your phone requires replacement or new internal parts installed.

If the repair takes longer an an hour, "customers will instantly receive OPPO merchandise items through a computer-based freebie roulette game. Merchandise selections include OPPO signature umbrellas, OPPO pens, micro USB cables, OPPO earphones, and VOOC Charge powerbank."

The cherry on top is that OPPO also has OPPO service, a mobile app that allows users to check the repair prices of their phones, locate nearby stores and service centers, monitor repair processes, and access online consultations. This is currently available on F9 units but will be available on all OPPO phones soon.
