How Rebel Wilson Changed Her Diet + Fitness Routine For Her 'Year Of Health'

Rebel Wilson, or as she calls herself, Fit Amy, is here to inspire everyone to make healthier life choices! The 40-year-old Australian actress has declared earlier this year that 2020 will be her "Year of Health," and she followed through.

Rebel, who initially started her fitness journey with more walks and healthier food swaps, said in January, "I put on the athleisure and went out for a walk, deliberately hydrating on the couch right now, and trying to avoid the sugar and junk food which is going to be hard after the holidays I've just had but I'm going to do it!"

Since then, Rebel has been hard at work, exercising almost every day with her trainer Jono Castano. Her routine includes battle ropes, stair sprints, and flipping tires (not kidding!). In combination with all those intense workouts, she has also been religiously following the Mayr Method, which preaches the value of mindful eating through a clean diet with a focus on food that massage digestive systems.

The actress-comedienne previously revealed that her goal weight is to reach 75 kilograms or about 165 pounds by the end of the 2020. She shared on Instagram, "Even if you have to crawl towards your goals, keep going [and] it will be worth it."

Even when she's busy, Rebel still finds time to work out and makes no excuses. Everything's paying off, though, as she's recently revealed that she's already only three kilograms away from her goal weight. The Pitch Perfect star wrote, "This week was super busy but I got up super early three times [at 6:00 a.m.] and went on a hike...even did a couple of 100m sprints to get the heart rate even higher (although my 'sprint' is probably someone else's 'slow jog'), but I felt proud of myself and now only three kilograms away from my goal weight!"
