On September 29, President Rodrigo Duterte announced that Metro Manila and five other areasBatangas province, the cities of Tacloban, Iloilo, Bacolod, and Iliganwill remain under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) in October. Apart from Lanao del Sur, the rest of the Philippines will be operating under Modified General Community Quarantine(MGCQ).

SM City Taytay in Rizal is getting ready to welcome people back today, October 14. They started disinfecting their cinemas! Don't worry, they'll be operating under the guidelines of the Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID).

Temperature checks will also be done at every cinema's entrance, and people must wear face masks and face shields at all times.

According to reportr, the CRs will be cleaned every 30 minutes
