Though the world is slowly opening its doors after the pandemic hit, people are still reluctant to take leisurely trips—and understandably so. No matter how careful you are about regularly sanitizing your belongings, there's still the risk of encountering someone who maybe isn't as worried about keeping people safe. But almost a year into this health crisis, everyone's itching to travel again and missing their favorite destinations.

Personally, this was supposed to be the year I go to South Korea for the first time. As an asthmatic, however, I know the risks, and I'm not willing to take them. For now, I have these virtual "walking tours" of random places in Korea. Walking feels therapeutic for me. I instantly feel good after a 20-minute stroll. So these days, when I feel like taking a break and don't have time to go outside, I sometimes watch a walking tour and just pretend I'm in my favorite K-dramas.
